- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So available, understanding and accommodating. I just moved to the neighborhood. My pug had what I thought was an abscess from the beach. I found her on Google and called after office hours. I was expecting an answering machine, but she picked up and gave me a next day appointment. I had to go out of state for a client visit (which of course ran over) and had to call to ask for a later appointment. no problem! when I finally showed up, she easily gave me 40 minutes and did a thorough examination, including nail clipping and anal gland expression. she laid out treatment options, asked me what I wanted to do, took time to explain what she thought was going on, and what I could expect.
